Azusa - "Interstellar Islands"
Members of The Dillinger Escape Plan, Extol, and Sea + Air have joined creative forces as Azusa and will sonically shock listeners with one of most experimental and mesmerizing releases of the year. Azusa's debut album Heavy Yoke will be released on November 16th via Solid State Records in the U.S.
Making their debut this week, the newly formed project released a music video for their first single, "Interstellar island." "'Interstellar Islands' was one of our first creations and it is the perfect example of what Azusa is all about musically," the band said. "It's the obvious introduction to the Azusa universe."
CommonWealth - "Fear"
After announcing their signing to SharpTone Records earlier this week, CommonWealth unveiled their first single under their new label. "Fear" is the first taste of what listeners can expect on their debut album, Everyone Around Me, which will be available October 6th.
Yesterday, CommonWealth shared a testimonial from the person "Fear" was written about and through Fear they we're able to share their story and life experiences. You can read the full testimonial HERE.

Daughters - "The Reason They Hate Me"
Daughters, the Rhode Island-based noise impresarios, have confirmed that their highly-anticipated and much speculated about full-length album, You Won’t Get What You Want, arrives on Oct. 26 via Ipecac Recordings. Along with news of the release, comes a second preview of music from the 10-song offering, with the song, “The Reason They Hate Me” being made available today.

I The Mighty - "Pet Names"
Just ahead of their appearances at the legendary Reading and Leeds Festivals next weekend, I the Mighty have offered up some advice on coping with a break-up via the official video for “Pet Names”. The video, which premiered this week on RockSound.tv, lays out a 21-step plan for getting over your ex that would undoubtedly go viral as a list on Buzzfeed.
“Pet Names” has proven to be a fan favorite with its massive sing-along vocals and infectious command of melody and it will undoubtedly be a highlight of the band’s sets next weekend.

MAE - "Let It Die"
American rock band, MAE, exclusively premiered their single "Let It Die" this week via Billboard. The track is the second single off of their forthcoming self-titled record, produced by lead vocalist Dave Elkins. The highly anticipated record is due out this fall via Tooth & Nail Records, who MAE recently re-signed with.
MAE will be hitting the road this fall in support of the upcoming record, kicking off in Nashville and closing in their home state of Virginia. The band will also be adding in special VIP Mae Day events that will include "a fully immersive experience to engage your whole body and mind into a work of art. It's a chance for us to build community through the experience and narrative of this album. You are coming to share a meal with the band, acoustic performance, virtual reality one-on-one experience and more for every single person that attends."

Super American - "Coconut Shrimp"
Buffalo, NY indie-rock duo Super American have announced details for their debut full length album Tequila Sunrise, which will be released September 14th via Take This To Heart Records. In addition, the band has released "Coconut Shrimp," which is the newest single off of the record after the previously released "Hands Down Olivia."
Tilian - "Cocky"
Dance Gavin Dance frontman, Tilian Pearson, shared his new single, “Cocky” today, via Rise Records. The track is an upbeat, infectious alt-pop anthem, bound to be a staple on summer playlists. The accompanying music video is also out today, which features Tilian and his love interest on a picturesque road trip throughout San Bernardino and Crestline, California.
Tilian is also pleased to announce that his third full-length studio album, The Skeptic, is due this fall, confirmed for release on Friday, September 28th. The record is rounded out at 10 tracks and complete with a solid mix of pop-punk and indie-pop offerings. Fans can pre-order it HERE.

Turnstile - "Bomb / I Don't Wanna Be Blind"
Turnstile have a strong reputation for releasing music videos with a strong narrative. Keeping their rep going was the release of their latest video for two of their tracks, "Bomb" and "I Don't Wanna Be Blind," both off their latest album Time & Space. The tracks are combined into one video with the same transition you hear on the album and are brought to life via the direction of photographer and skateboarder Atiba Jefferson and was filmed by Ty Evans, who directed the seminal 2003 Girl Skateboards video Yeah, Right! with Spike Jonze.
